HyBlue offers hosted services that automate complex and time-consuming IT tasks such as computer inventory, patch deployment, and security updates. HyBlue’s client software is installed on each managed computer to collect data which is sent to HyBlue’s servers for analysis. Alerts and recommendations are emailed to the technician responsible for the computers, so that he can proactively address issues requiring attention.

Windows Monitor:  Catch hardware, software and configuration issues before they catch you.

HyBlue's Windows Monitor service continuously monitors computers for patch compliance as well as overall performance, security, configuration and health. HyBlue proactively alerts when conditions require your attention, enabling you to respond quickly before a computer fails or becomes out of compliance.

Patch:  Takes our base, Windows Monitor, and allows you to control updates for Microsoft, Adobe, Novell, Oracle, and other software, all from one website.

HyBlue's Patch service continuously monitors computers for patch compliance as well as overall performance, security, configuration and health. HyBlue proactively alerts when new patches are available as well as when conditions require your attention, enabling you to respond quickly before a computer fails or is out of compliance. Our web-based patch deployment makes updating computers a breeze, whether it is just one device or an entire network.

Secure:  Takes our base, Windows Monitor, adds the functionalities of Patch, and offers protection against viruses, spyware, worms, and hackers.

HyBlue's unique security client installs in minutes on each computer and goes to work immediately protecting, securing and reporting the status of your computers. Our web portal allows you to manage the security and patch level for all of your computers with just a few clicks. Network Performance Monitor:  Tracks the efficiency and responsiveness of your devices, so you don’t have to.

HyBlue’s Network Performance Monitor service monitors data flow and response time of Simple Network Monitoring Protocol (SNMP) devices. Automatic alerts mark performance variances of flow, degraded network response, devices down, and specific ports not responding.

Remote Control:  Lets you take control of your customer’s desktop for problem-solving or instruction, with no preinstalled software needed.

Run HyBlue’s Remote Control to help customers with issues without being there in person and without tedious over-the-phone instructions. You work from anywhere, running a viewer that communicates with HyBlue’s Repeater Server. Your customer runs a custom applet on their computer, and the two of you are hooked together in minutes. Remote Control is free to HyBlue customers.
