How Remote Control Works

Download and install HyBlue's Remote Control software, free for any HyBlue customer.

Generate your custom client application in just 5 minutes. You only do this once.

To start a session, send the client application to your customer, either via a posting on your website or via email. Open your HyBlue Remote Control software on your computer. It tells our Repeater server to listen for anyone with your client application.

When your customer opens your client application it communicates with our Repeater server and the Repeater server connects the customer to you. You see their screen in seconds and you are in complete control of their computer. When you're done, simply close the session and you are disconnected.

The entire session is encrypted and requires no changes to a users firewall.

You can chat with your customer while they are online and copy and paste files.
